Nelson has made a conscious decision to focus on his health this year, and has tried out various exercise programs, with mountain biking coming out the winner. What an amazing feeling for Nelson to hit the trails, feel the wind in his face, and have that sense of freedom. In his efforts to learn more about mountain biking, Nelson found a community mountain biking program through his local police department, and he is so excited to join the team. This newfound passion is why Nelson, through this CASA worker, has come to One Simple Wish requesting a mountain bike and lock. This bike will not only allow Nelson to focus on his health, but it will be an amazing outlet for him to make connections in his community.
