Foster Parent Association of WilkesTara entered foster care when she was younger and was part of a large sibling group. Unfortunately, most of the siblings were separated. She has recently transitioned to independent living and tries to stay in touch with her siblings as much as possible. Despite her challenges, Tara has a lot of energy and a vibrant personality, which makes her unique and wonderful. She enjoys art, music, and going to the movies. Tara loves being around others and enjoys having conversations with her friends.
Tara wishes for a pair of new sneakers to replace her old worn out shoes. This will give her a fresh clean look and help her feel ready for the springtime. She will not be ashamed to wear these around others and it will be such a nice boost of self confidence to wear new shoes!
