Rashod is a bouncy baby boy who is thriving in his foster home. He has been placed in a foster home since birth along with his biological sister. Rashod is thriving in the home and has grown an incredible amount in regards to growth and development. He presents as a happy, healthy baby and has formed strong bonds with all members of the foster family.
