Jon is an exceptional young man who was in foster care, but is now living independently. He is working full-time and would eventually like to begin a career in construction. Jon pays all of his bills and has shown to be good with his money. He set up his own budgeting plan where is saving 70% of his income. He is responsible, respectful and a hard worker.
