Faith and her two-year old sister were just unexpectedly placed in the home of their Aunt. No one even knew the children existed; therefore no one was prepared to take them in. The Aunt will not be receiving any subsidy for the children until June and they need new clothes, an infant tub, bath supplies, a bouncy seat and some toys as they came with nothing. A gift card to Target would allow the Aunt to pick up some of the necessities she needs until the subsidy comes through.
Faith is 2 years old and lives in NJ
Faith was hidden away from the world and not provided the medical, educational and wellness opportunities she should have been. She was not meeting her milestones like babbling, rolling over, or reaching, and was unknown at the time if her delays are permanent or environmental. After a short time in care, Faith was responsive to music and people talking to her and would turn her head to look at her surroundings. It's been a few months now and Faith still has a long way to go but she is doing so good. She is sitting up, rolling over and just started to crawl. Faith is drawn to sounds and likes things with lights and music.
