He is a cheerful, carefree young man who loves the outdoors, enjoys running, and has a great sense of fun. Kurt enjoys junk food, remote control trucks, and watching cartoons. He previously experienced a failed adoption and has returned to the system.
Kurt wishes for a personal neck fan so he can stay cool where ever he goes. This will help him feel comfortable in the hot weather. He will enjoy having his own wearable fan anytime he needs it.
