Jasmine is a wonderful young adult. She is living in a home separated from her brother who is in another which has been tough. She is doing great with school and has even started a CNA program through the vocational program offered by the district. She has been through a lot with having minimal participation from her parents in her case. She is living with a wonderful foster mom but still feels the ache of being away from her extended friends and family- especially during quarantine and virtual school. Jasmine's goals are to graduate from High School, attend college and become a registered Nurse one day.

Jasmine will be starting college in the fall and will be moving out on her own. She currently uses her resource home's laptop, which she will not be allowed to take with her when she moves out. Jasmine has been the provider for her younger siblings and she doesn't have much that is just her own. Applying and getting accepted to college is such a huge milestone for her, and her case management team wants to be sure that she has all the tools she needs to be successful on her academic journey.
