New Boots for Leo to wear back to school

Leo wishes for a pair of Justin boots to wear back to school and feel stylish in. This will help him feel prepared for the new school year and help him be ready to go. He has always wanted a nice pair of Cowboy boots but he knew he couldn’t afford them.
Leo is 16 years old and lives in NC
Leo is a great kid who is always happy go lucky! He loves the outdoors, riding bikes, playing in the dirt, and climbing trees. He is full of energy and a vibrant young man. Leo has entered kingship care after staying in foster care for an extended time. His mother is a permanent resident of a nursing home and he gets to see her monthly. Unfortunately, after trying to live with his father he could not be cared for in that setting. He is tired of moving and just wants to settle down.
