NC DHHS - Onslow CountyHope is a very friendly, fun-loving young adult. Hope has a low IQ and is unable to care for herself. She enjoys Doc McStuffins, playing with her toys and watching funny videos. Hope also likes to have video chats with her social worker. Hope enjoys talking about her favorite toys and showing them off.
Hope is in a long term facility and will age out of foster care. Hope relies on the support of her social workers and staff at her facility for interaction. Due to the facility being 3 hours away, it is difficult for her social worker to make regular face to face visits. This tablet will allow Hope to have video chats with her social worker on a regular basis, which will help strengthen this important relationship to Hope.
