Therapeutic Interagency ProgramBriana is a beautiful girl who has had some really hard years. She is adjusting to many changes and hasn't had much consistency in her young life. She is generally happy, and ferociously loves her sister, who she struggles to ever be away from. She loves being read to and sung to and finds peace in swinging outside in the sun.
Briana has been dying for one of these mermaid tails so she can wear it in the water and pretend she is a real mermaid. She feels like it will be so fancy and special, so she will be really surprised when she gets one of her own!
