AZ DCS - Pima CountyJasmine is a wonderful young adult. She is living in a home separated from her brother who is in another which has been tough. She is doing great with school and has even started a CNA program through the vocational program offered by the district. She has been through a lot with having minimal participation from her parents in her case. She is living with a wonderful foster mom but still feels the ache of being away from her extended friends and family- especially during quarantine and virtual school. Jasmine's goals are to graduate from High School, attend college and become a registered Nurse one day.
Jasmine is moving to a new apartment, it will be her first place on her own. Jasmine has been living in foster care for so long that she only has the basics to take with her and will be starting a household from scratch. She has been saving up to set up her apartment but had to spend the bulk of her savings for the large deposit. Jasmine would benefit from having a vacuum as she will have carpet and flooring so a multi-surface vacuum will help her keep her new place clean. This way she can work on using the rest of her savings to purchase items like other cleaning supplies and stocking her fridge and pantry.
