A New Pair of Sneakers for Ibn who was separated from his siblings

Ibn is the oldest of three children and is currently residing with a family member as part of a family arrangement. Ibn's younger siblings are now in placement and have received new backpacks, clothes and school supplies. Ibn told his caseworker that while he is happy he is staying with a relative, he wishes for a new pair of sneakers to start the school year. Ibn was able to take his clothes with him to his relative's home, but he has not been shopping for new clothes or shoes since this time last year. Ibn is not in placement so his relative is not getting a stipend for him. A new pair of sneakers would make Ibn VERY happy!
Ibn is 19 years old and lives in NJ
Ibn is the oldest child in his family. He is very independent and can be found helping around the house or playing with his siblings. He even helps a family friend with plumbing and construction work at times. He enjoys school and plans to be a psychologist when he grows up.
