Shakilah loves arriving to school in style. She would like to go to her favorite store Target to pick out a bright colored jacket she can wear this fall. She loves going on shopping trips with her resource family. She saw a few jackets the last time she was there and is eager to go back and pick one out for herself!

Shakilah is an adorable little girl, who just entered the first grade. She was in foster care for several years, but is now living with a relative. Despite her hardships, she remains the most engaging and carefree child.
