Joselyne was born in a refugee camp in Tanzania. Her biological parents came from Burundi and fled there to escape the civil war. Unfortunately, Joselyne was unable to be adopted because she lacked a birth certificate. Tanzania claims she is a Burundian citizen, while Burundi asserts that she is a Tanzanian citizen. Since entering foster care, Joselyne’s permanency team has been fighting for her citizenship. Despite the challenges she has faced, Joselyne is a beautiful and intelligent young lady with big plans for her future. She aspires to become a labor and delivery nurse. With her kind spirit, Joselyne is determined to give back to the world.

Jocelynne just celebrated her 20th birthday! She is a great young woman who is always thinking of others. She would love a little shopping spree to add some new scents to her collection. She loves Bath and Body works and especially their mini collection.
