Vicki wishes for an expandable buffet to use in her small kitchen. She loves to cook and has limited room. This will be a make her kitchen island more easily accessible for her cooking and meal prep. Vicki went to college to be a chef and she really wants to use her skills because she enjoys it so much.

Vicki aged out of foster care and with the help of her foster mom she has been able to graduate college with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Vicki has a close connection with her former foster family and they are also fostering her 4 siblings. She loves cooking, baking, and trying new recipes.
