Tamia is really excited at the prospect of joining the US Army Reserves. She feels that joining the Reserves will give her purpose and direction in life. The only thing standing in her way is that she has braces on her teeth, and to pass her physical, she has to have them removed. This wish will allow her to get her braces taken off, and she can get her physical scheduled. Tamia is hopeful that this new chapter in her life will bring her stability and security for her and her children.

Tamia is a wonderful mother of two young children. She is hoping to go back to school, and then back to work once finding some support and daycare for her children. She is always putting her children first and is motivated to find the best care for her 4-year-old son who has special needs. She is a loving, hard-working mother with much to give to her community.
