Maddie has been really benefiting from her "calming corner" that her family has created for her in her room, its is just her very own area where she can use tools and items that help her process her thoughts and relax. One thing that would be a great addition is a diffuser with some wonderful smelling oils, especially lavender to help aid in relaxation and anxiety.
Maddison is 9 years old and lives in CO
Madison is a sweet young lady who loves the simple things in life, she loves school and her favorite subject is recess. She has had a very rough start to her young life and has lived in a homeless shelter for some time and is excited to start her new life with her sister in her long term home. She is excited for all the things that go along with a more stable life, like birthday parties, one thing she has never had before. She loves to wear big bows in her hair, the bigger the better and her favorite colors are pink and purple.
