Kiera defied the odds, received her associate's degree, and is now attending a four-year college. She needs a laptop to complete her school assignments, conduct her research projects, and work on her nursing labs. Kiera has bright goals for the future, including starting an organization that provides clothing for children in need, specifically those who have foster care experience. Her passion for learning never ceases, and she wants to give back to her community so others know that she cares. Having access to technology will allow Kiera to not only be successful in school, but also as she pursues her goals after graduation.

Kiera is a hardworking, passionate woman who was in foster care for years growing up. She recognizes the faults of the foster care system, including how it continues to affect her today. Despite the odds, Kiera graduated high school with honors and obtained her associates degree in nursing. In her free time, Kiera enjoys reading the Bible, doing yoga, and watching Black Panther.
