Nerek, 17 years old, NJ |
Wish submitted by:
CASA NJ - Monmouth CountyNerek is the oldest of four siblings. He loves being the oldest and does a great job setting a good example for all of his siblings. Nerek enjoys school and does his best in everything that he sets his mind to. He enjoys being with his friends and sometimes struggles with staying focused and motivating himself when he is working independently. Nerek is a very good kid who is going to go on to do very awesome things! Nerek enjoys playing outside when it is nice and sunny out and also really enjoys reading. Nerek's favorite food is chicken fingers and fries. He says his favorite place to get chicken fingers and fries is at baseball games. Nerek, his brothers, and his resource dad have been going to baseball games in the spring and summer since the boys have been placed in their current resource placement, almost 2 years ago. Nerek's current resource parents are looking to adopt the boys which they are very happy about.
Nerek has been working hard in and out of school. He is doing his best to keep his grades up, and at his resource home, he is doing his best to be a good role model to his brothers. They all recently took a liking to wrestling. Nerek was is hoping to receive this wrestling ring as a Christmas present this year, so he and his brothers can all play together this holiday season.
