Tyra is a former foster youth who had a very traumatic experience during her time in care. She has experienced a lot of abuse in her life. She had her faith in God during her time in care, and has continued to strive for a better future for herself. She continues to give back to other foster youth. In her free time she loves to crochet. Her goal in life is to create a spa were foster kids can get services for free, and have a space where they can decompress.

Tyra has not had a Christmas gift in so long. Before she entered care she would play Nintendo games with her mom. Her mom passed over 15 years ago, and she fears forgetting all of those memories she made with her. She would love this amazing Mario Kart 8 game, and thinking of found memories of her mother. She will be so excited to receive this amazing gift that will provide her stress relief and happy memories this holiday season.
