Jayla has cerebral palsy and requires around the clock care. She is a happy child and has great emotional regulation skills. She loves being outdoors and especially strolls in the park. If the family is able to, they take her to the beach but they can't get her through the sand so they enjoy it from the parking lot. Despite this, she still wishes to go often.
