A wagon for Jayla who loves the beach

This wagon will allow her family to put Jayla in it and pull her rather than push her in a wheel chair. It will help them get her to the water at the beach and she can experience things she would not otherwise see.
Jayla is 12 years old and lives in FL
Jayla has cerebral palsy and requires around the clock care. She is a happy child and has great emotional regulation skills. She loves being outdoors and especially strolls in the park. If the family is able to, they take her to the beach but they can't get her through the sand so they enjoy it from the parking lot. Despite this, she still wishes to go often.
