Bailey is a very sweet young girl. She has been in placements since she was 6 years old. Despite this, she remains extremely positive. She is also very grateful for everything that comes her way! She has a serious joy for life. She is also doing excellent in school . She is interested in cosemetology and would like to own her own business doing these services in the future.
