Dylan is a sweet toddler who has a very complex medical situation, and he has had to endure three stem cell transplants. His condition is terminal and the family will be meeting with his team next week to start hospice and palliative care. His new foster family is determined to give Dylan all the love and fun they can during his time with them. Dylan loves dogs, other kids, bath time and drawing.
