Athena is a precious baby who was exposed to extreme substance abuse, domestic violence, abuse and neglect. She was recently placed with her grandparents along with her sister, and is growing and thriving in her new safe environment. Although developmentally delayed, she is learning to smile and respond to voices. She is very outgoing and loves to be around the other children in her home.
