William came back into the foster care system on his birthday and has not allowed this experience to get in the way of his happiness. William is friendly, social, curious, and is currently learning to write. He is obsessed with dinosaurs and learning how to pronounce their names. William is hopeful that he will be able to return to his parents soon and looks forward to their weekly visits.
William has shown great interest in history, and his foster parent wants to support this! These books are a great supplement to his education in a way that school might not add to their lessons.
