Emily is a resilient and passionate young woman who has aged out of foster care and is currently working toward earning her GED. She finds joy and self-expression through music and makeup, using creativity as a way to share her story and inspire others. Beyond her personal passions, Emily is deeply committed to advocacy within the justice system. She has even spoken at the state Senate, using her voice to push for increased funding for Extended Foster Care (EFC) and to ensure that other young people aging out of the system have the support they need. Emily’s determination and heart for change make her a powerful force for good.
