She finds joy and self-expression through music and makeup, using creativity as a way to share her story and inspire others. Beyond her personal passions, Emily is deeply committed to advocacy within the justice system. She has even spoken at the state Senate, using her voice to push for increased funding for Extended Foster Care (EFC) and to ensure that other young people aging out of the system have the support they need. Emily’s determination and heart for change make her a powerful force for good.
To celebrate her educational milestones and enjoy a special family outing, Emily is taking Luna on an exciting Halloween trip to Disneyland! Support for their trip will help cover park meals, delicious snacks, and a fun souvenir for Luna, giving Emily a well-deserved opportunity to create magical memories with her daughter.
