Since coming into the DCS system as a child, Julian has shown remarkable strength and resilience through every transition in his life. Though separated from his parents, he maintains a close, supportive bond with his older sister while working steadily toward a bright, independent future. Julian enjoys building with Legos and playing video games in his free time, deeply valuing both honesty and family.
