Jason is an adorable and very curious little boy who has a genetic disorder called HADDS, which causes developmental delays. He was also exposed to substances in utero and has a diagnosis of autism. Jason was adopted by a wonderful woman, who had previously adopted his older brother, Eddie. She is a devout Mennonite single mother who cares for her children with special needs very thoroughly and with deep compassion from a place of love.
