Evenie’s journey through foster care has included many challenges, but when she turned 18, she made the decision to build a better future for herself. She is focused on becoming independent and taking steps toward success one day at a time. Evenie is currently attending college to become a registered nurse because she is passionate about helping others and wants to make a positive difference in people’s lives. Along with school, she also works and does a great job balancing both responsibilities. Even though it can be challenging, she is proud of being able to manage work and school while continuing to move closer to her goals. Her dedication and strong work ethic show how committed she is to creating a stable and successful future.
