Skylar is a teen who has resided in foster care the majority of his life. He faces several developmental delays, but this does not discourage him from working hard to overcome any obstacle he may encounter. He is generally a happy guy and doesn't have a negative word to say most days. He is living independently in a supported community home at this time. Sylar does odd jobs around town.
