Skylar is a hard-working teen who has spent the majority of his life in foster care. Although he faces several developmental delays, he never lets them discourage him from tackling obstacles head-on. He is a genuinely happy guy with a remarkably positive outlook on life. Living independently in a supported community home, Skylar stays active by doing jobs around town and always brings a kind, resilient spirit to everything he does.

Skylar has recently taken up a new hobby of collecting Dragon Ball Z cards. He is always on the lookout for new packs, hoping to find cards he doesn’t already own. He would really enjoy searching through a complete set of cards and trading duplicates with his friends.
