Katie has spent the last several years in foster care, and this past year has been one of tremendous growth. Funny, loyal, and full of energy, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, and staying active through sports. One of Katie's greatest strengths is her willingness to use her voice. She has become a strong advocate for herself and approaches challenges with maturity well beyond her years. She stepped outside of her comfort zone, tried new activities, excelled academically, and built meaningful friendships.
