Herly is in the care of Ascentria's Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (URM) Program. Herly arrived to Ascentria in April 2025 aftering fleeing his home country of Haiti and seeking safety in the United States. Herly lives in a group home with other youth from the URM program. He is entering his Junior year of high school and enjoys playing soccer.
