Herly arrived to Ascentria in April 2025 aftering fleeing his home country of Haiti and seeking safety in the United States. Herly lives in a group home with other youth from the URM program. He is entering his Junior year of high school and enjoys playing soccer.
Playing soccer brings Herly immense joy, helps him stay active, and connects him with peers on both his school and local club teams. He is wishing for a sporting goods gift card to help cover the cost of proper soccer cleats and uniform essentials. Having high-quality athletic gear will allow him to stay safe on the field, focus on his athletic development, and represent his teams with confidence and pride.
