Malaysia has been involved in the foster care system for many years now. In the last few weeks, she has faced a series of sad events including a placement change to a new group home on top of the death of her sister who she dearly loved. Malaysia is a young teen but diagnosed with an intellectual learning disability and struggling to adjust to these traumatic events in her life.
