Winnie is an active and happy toddler. Although she sees her biological mom occasionally, she lives in foster care, where it is reported that she eats well and sleeps well. Winnie is talkative in her own way. Winnie is also good at sharing, and she gets along well with the other youth in the home. She also loves "reading" books and loves the animals on the foster family's farm.
