Kamari is a sweet, curious little boy who recently celebrated his first birthday. After entering foster care due to parental substance use, Kamari faced early medical and developmental challenges after being born with substances in his system. During his first several months, he attended frequent NICU follow-up appointments and participated in physical therapy to support his development. Although he experienced some delays in reaching milestones during his first six months, Kamari has made incredible progress and continues to grow and thrive.
