Dimitri is a bright, happy child with Down Syndrome; he lives with his grandma, whom he adores. Dimitri has a teddy bear he calls his “sister.” Dimitri obtained the nickname “The Mayor” since he is so friendly and outgoing. He and his family are receiving services through the Division and are making great progress with their case goals.
