NJ DCFS - Monmouth CountyDimitri is a bright, happy child with Down Syndrome; he lives with his grandma, whom he adores. Dimitri has a teddy bear he calls his “sister.” Dimitri obtained the nickname “The Mayor” since he is so friendly and outgoing. He and his family are receiving services through the Division and are making great progress with their case goals.
Dimitri has a very old laptop that does not work well. A new laptop will let Dimitri complete his schoolwork and continue his hobby of watching YouTube videos. He loves to watch videos online to help calm him when he is upset. Dimitri's grandmother has a fixed income and cannot afford a Chromebook at this time.
