The mission of the Children, Youth and Family Services Division is to provide a continuum of accessible, high-quality, culturally relevant, family-centered programs using a multi-disciplinary approach. Our programs provide services to pregnant and parenting women with children birth to five, and and their families in the Philadelphia area, who are affected by poverty, isolation, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, homelessness, child abuse/neglect and family violence.
