Children, Youth and Families Department

Farmington, NM

CYFD works with children that are in state custody from the ages of birth to 18. Permanency Coordinators work with families for reunification with their children. Provide case management, transportation, community resources, attend court with children and families, supervise visits, visit homes to ensure safety for the children, and other duties as needed.
