Youth Advocate Programs (YAP), is a nationally recognized, private, non-profit organization that provides an array of services to at-risk youth and families, specifically our Advocacy program only works with foster youth involved in DCPP. YAP is exclusively committed to the provision of community-based alternatives to out-of-home care through direct service, advocacy and policy change since 1975.
