The Orange/Seminole Foster Children's Association (OSFCA) is a 501(c)(3) corporation made up of foster and adoptive parents living in Orange and Seminole counties in Florida. We strive to be a support group for foster parents and parents who have adopted children out of the foster care system. We meet monthly to provide guidance and emotional support, ongoing training, respite, or sometimes just an empathetic ear.
