HillsidesSamantha has been in the foster care system for about one year. She is placed in a foster home with her siblings. Samantha is a sweet and expressive girl. She enjoys individualized attention and learning about the world around her. She has made a positive adjustment to the resource family and has stated she is happy to be in the home.
Samantha is in the 4th grade. At the start of the school year, she received a brand-new backpack; however, the backpack is now falling apart due to daily use. Samantha stated that she would like a new backpack that she can use for the remainder of the school year. A sturdy Jansport backpack will be the perfect gift for Samantha.
