Oaks Integrated CareJeremiah is an energetic young boy. He loves being with his siblings and playing outside. Jeremiah is very active and enjoys football and basketball. He has even been playing on a football team in the fall. His kind personality makes it quick for him to make friends with those around him and include others.
Jeremiah needs new sneakers for his after school activities this spring. Jeremiah has grown out of his old sneakers and needs new ones to be able to go to school and do the rest of his activities. A Burlington Coat Factory gift card would help him be able to do so and shop for what he needs.
