Strengthening Families IncJulia is a very active girl in foster care who loves learning new things. She enjoys taking ballet lessons and spends much of her time moving, playing, and staying busy. Her energy and curiosity help her explore new interests and grow her skills every day.
Julia loves fashion and animation. When she is not running around the house one her toes, she could be found drawing or surfing the net for her favorite animations. One of her favorites is anime. She always wanted one of the backpacks to carry her ballet shoes and clothes in.
