Therapeutic Interagency ProgramRachel has a strength and confidence that has served her well in her life. She has been able to advocate for herself and her sister so that they could be safe and cared for, and tries hard to also advocate for other kids at school who might be bullied or in need of help. She enjoys music and dancing and hopes to be able to take a dance class someday.
Rachel can't wait to go out to make some new holiday memories this Christmas by going out to eat for a special dinner. They love steak, and Texas Roadhouse will be a fun special treat during a challenging holiday season.
