Foster Parent Association of WilkesMandy is a sweet, bubbly girl who loves having her sisters with her in foster care. She really looks up to her older sisters and is always following behind them. Mandy enjoys baby dolls and cartoons and loves to use her imagination. The family cat is her absolute favorite, and she might just try and play dress-up with them!
Mandy wishes for a pair of warm snow boots so she can be ready for sledding, snow ball fight, and snow angels. This will allow her to get outside when the weather is bad and still have fun. It hard watching the other kids out the window because she don’t have anything to wear and she don’t want to have to do this again.
